• Under the supervision of the Vice President of Real Estate Development, the coordinator will be responsible for managing ongoing development projects. They will be involved in all disciplines related to the planning and management of real estate development projects.

  • Under the supervision of the Vice President of Construction, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and managing projects in accordance with the needs of the assigned project manager.

  • Under the supervision of the Vice President of Construction, the Project Manager takes charge of projects starting from the preliminary budget file. They handle calls for tenders, orders, and planning to prepare the file for construction. Subsequently, they oversee site management and project delivery. The role requires a high level of autonomy and strong leadership skills.

  • Under the supervision of the Estimation Director, the Senior Estimator will proceed with estimating the construction costs of projects for which the company has committed to bidding.

  • Under the supervision of the Vice President of Construction, the Project Director takes charge of projects and project teams from the issuance of plans for bidding. They conduct necessary calls for tenders, place orders as required, and plan to prepare the file for construction. Subsequently, they oversee site management and project delivery. The role requires a high level of autonomy and strong leadership skills.

  • Under the supervision of the Controller and Chief Accountant, the accounting technician will collaborate with all departments and must demonstrate a high level of autonomy.
