Under the supervision of the Controller and Chief Accountant, the accounting technician will collaborate with all departments and must demonstrate a high level of autonomy.
Tasks Description:
- Process customer invoicing.
- Process supplier/subcontractor invoices.
- Prepare receipts and statutory declarations.
- Follow up on accounts receivable.
- Analyze accounts payable.
- Prepare payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation for all companies.
- Calculate work in progress.
- Prepare tax reports for different companies.
- Produce T5018 contractual payment statements.
- Conduct various financial analyses and present various reports.
- Prepare documents following audits by Revenu Québec.
- Prepare files for the end-of-fiscal-year review mission.
- Create new companies in Maestro.
- Perform any other related administrative tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of the position.
